The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Account Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our marketing team and our portfolio of wealth management Partners. This is a client-facing role that blends relationship management, project coordination, and marketing execution into one dynamic position.

You’ll own the day-to-day marketing relationship with a book of Partners, translating their business goals into actionable marketing plans and ensuring flawless execution across channels—from social media and email campaigns to web content, events, and brand initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functionally with our design, content, and digital teams to keep projects on track and deliver results that exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor—someone who can develop a quarterly marketing roadmap in the morning and jump into campaign performance reporting in the afternoon. You’re a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Partners, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans aligned with each Partner’s business objectives, target audience, and growth goals
• Own the marketing calendar for your accounts, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals across internal teams
• Brief and collaborate with the design, content, digital, and video teams to produce high-quality campaigns and multimedia content across social media, email, web, print, and events
• Present marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and performance reports directly to Partners with confidence and clarity
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
• Manage Partner expectations, proactively flag risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Stay current on marketing trends, platform updates, and industry developments to bring fresh ideas and best practices to your accounts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, templates, and workflows to scale account management operations
• Support new business development efforts by participating in pitch preparation and onboarding new Partners

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, or a similar client-facing marketing role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders or clients
• Solid understanding of integrated marketing channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, and event marketing
• Proficiency with marketing and project management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms)
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and translating metrics into strategic recommendations
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate client needs and identify opportunities
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or B2B marketing is a strong asset
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Marketing agency experience is considered a strong asset
• Willingness to travel periodically to support events and on-site initiatives
• Must currently reside in Toronto, ON, Canada
